Test for pH when setting up an aquarium, making water changes or pH adjustments, and when fish shake, appear hyperactive or have cloudy skin or gills. Details: It is important to keep moisture out of the bottle. Dip pad into aquarium water for one second and remove. DO NOT SHAKE EXCESS WATER FROM STRIP. Hold strip level for 15 seconds. Compare pH pad to color chart.
